Evolves my turtwig pokemon at lvl 98 to lvl 99 and evolves into Grotle , but when he arrived at level 100 does not appeared to evolve to Torterra help me!!

did you level him from 99 to 100 with a battle? or with a rare candy? if with rare candy do a fight just one battle with a wild pokemon, then he will probably evolve (i had this with golbat to crobat)
