I've got a problem with my Game!

I installed it about one hour ago and i always had this bug: I started the game and after like 7 or 8 seconds the game turned blackscreen! I dont really know what to do to fix this bug! Maybe i didn't install it right or something? I really dont know and i please you to help me! I would love to play this game! -PokeNabex
