What have you done before the problem was there?

I donated money, the transaction was completed, but I didn't recieve my coins after relogging 2x in the timespan of 6 hours.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to make a post in the "donation" topic, but it doesnt allow me since my account is not old enough...

PS: I donated twice, both completed transactions. And I only got 100 coins from it

It can take up to 24 hours, check your coins after that duration, also keep trying to make a post in the donation issue forum.

Like I said, both transactions were completed, got coins for one but not for the other one.

 

Also my account is not old enough to post on the "Donation Issue" thread

There should not be any restrictions like you said, register a new account and than make a new threat there with the name of your account that you used to receive the coins.
