I'm on vacation now out of my hometown. I want to play pokemon so I bought a new sim card then put it in my android phone so I can use it as a wifi hotspot for my laptop. I downloaded pokemon then install it to my laptop. everything went fine while installing. but when I tried to log in my account it says "Your have been banned from PRO." I tried logging my account in forum and it seems nothing problem in my account there. Then I tried to log in my other account it says the same. tried to log in using my android same results. of course I know I did nothing wrong to be banned just like that. Can you help me whats wrong?? servers seems fine using the server status checker. am I IP banned?? :( What have you already tried to solve the problem? re-download and re-install the game still no luck. tried it in my android but same results. Try to restart the router if possible or connect from a private network. Nothing else we can do, IP bans are not lifted. All credit to Jaszie for creating the signature.
