What have you done before the problem was there?

none. my last log in was from my office yesterday using my pc there. I'm on vacation now out of my hometown. I want to play pokemon so I bought a new sim card then put it in my android phone so I can use it as a wifi hotspot for my laptop. I downloaded pokemon then install it to my laptop. everything went fine while installing. but when I tried to log in my account it says "Your have been banned from PRO." I tried logging my account in forum and it seems nothing problem in my account there. Then I tried to log in my other account it says the same. tried to log in using my android same results. of course I know I did nothing wrong to be banned just like that. Can you help me whats wrong?? servers seems fine using the server status checker. am I IP banned?? :(

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

re-download and re-install the game still no luck. tried it in my android but same results. Help pls!! I want to play pokemon today.

The IP you use, most likely is banned, because someone on this broke rules. Try to restart the router if possible or connect from a private network. Nothing else we can do, IP bans are not lifted.
