Hi, @haylah124

 

I have checked your account's info, and I found out that you have started the heatran quest.

If you start the heatran quest, the NPC buck takes away your rare candy and master ball and keep it until you finish your quest.

After you finish your quest by defeating the last heatran boss or capture heatran, you are able to take back your rare candy and master ball by talking to NPC buck again.
