What have you done before the problem was there?

nothing, much was fighting pokemons and my magikarp evolved to gyarados and i teach him the dragon roar ,but my client crashed or something and when i loged back gyarados didnt have the move and i dont have it in my bag :/

 

my user name : warshadow412 but its to long and cant type all of it in the field lol ... :D

you can relearn moves at the move relearner/buffet in: Cerulean, Saffron, Goldenrod or Blackthorn city if those moves are int he movepool. If it was a tm you used, you'll have to buy another one. Sorry for the inconvenience.
