What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing, it has put me at a road block.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I did try to reset my pw to see if that would change anything, but it hasn't seemed to do anything.

 

Description and Message

When I click on the link to activate my account it sends me to a page with this message: "Your account could not be activated. Please re-check the link or contact the system administrator." I tried to change my pw to see if it would help give me a different way to activate, but it did not. I'm kinda stuck here, I've been trying to get on for about a week now and nothing.
