i use Mac This is the first time i play this game i register an account , I can login this account in wedsite and dashboard but i can login into PRO to play game

Did you check if you accidentally pressed the Caps Block key in your keyboard while writing your password?

Could you please reset your password to a password that does not have special symbols? Please, change it to a password to something with only letters and numbers (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9)
