Do I need to reinstall the game, since I haven't played in a long time? You can download the latest clients here.  Delete all your current PRO related files and download the latest client possible. Your progress is in Gold Server  Report a user here - Appeal your ban here - Ask for support on any general issues - Report a bug Private subforum support/complaint about an issue/ban result - Email Changes - Donation Issues Game Rules - Chat Rules - Trade Rules - Auction Rules - Forum Rules - PVP Rules - User Dashboard Please use the sections above for support.
