Hi, is there anyone here can help me? I got a new ISP (internet service provider) here at my house. Smart LTE to be exact. But I cant use it to play PRO. It always says that I am banned. But when I use the internet at my office and tried to log in all is good. Is there a way to fix this? Is there any settings that make conflict on PRO? Pls help! I cant play PRO here at home using this new ISP. I dont know if its possible Im just thinking maybe some nerdy hackers here might usethose details to access my network. Kyuhyun Posted March 27, 2016 Author Share Posted March 27, 2016 Ok. I used 2 different sim cards but both Smart LTE and 2 different android phones. The problem is not on android phones. I am certain that your PRO is blocking my ISP which is Smart LTE. I guess I need to find a new ISP to play this game.
