What have you done before the problem was there?

hello, i was selling my arcanine today , some guy offered 30k for it. After trading and giving him my pokemon, i didn't receive the 30k for the my arcanine.

 

I dont remember the username of the scammer, 'cause after the trade the server crashed and i couldnt print his username.

 

Here are some informations about the arcanine:

Lvl 72, original trainer: Volcan33 , adamant nature, good iv's in atk and spd, other stats were lower than 10.
