Spent about 2 minutes of my 20 minute safari run and the server went down then when I logged back in, I lost my run and my money.

well i also being like that more than 1 time so call it you bad timing of safari hunt :)

I'm sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately, nothing can be done when something like this happens. I know this isn't the answer you were wanting to hear, but making the server more stable is one of PRO's top priorities.

Absolutely, no problem. I would much rather have the game be top priority then my $5,000 (not sarcastic.) Thanks for the swift response. This game is just absolutely fantastic so I completely understand.
