Looking for a guild- Silver

Hi all, I'm looking for a casual guild where discord and PvP are not mandatory requirements, although I can get discord if someone helps me figure it out. I am a daily player and I'm very active (4-8 hours daily), and I have general poke knowledge like natures, abilities, what Ivs to look for, etc., but I lack PvP knowledge, so a guild that can help me learn would be very beneficial. I have around 275 hours played so far, I've finished Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn, and am ready to start Sinnoh when I'm finished hunting event pokes.
