Its annoying that it takes over 20-30 mins to play an mmo. its not like this with other games.Does this game not have a money funding to improve server stability? Also the afk system needs to go/ be changed. Its absurd people need to afk to do things come back and then have to go through the whole login que process just to get back in the game. Games like league/ warframe/ hearthstone/ etc arent like this. Yes they maybe bigger than this game but if this game is going to more popular the first thing as a new player Im going to be looking at is stability. If it werent for my gf I would have quit first day. Que times/ afk are a big turn off in an mmo. Please look into that. ALSO! If you wanna see your coins you have to re log and go through the que again.. thats sooo unnecessary yous should be able to see the coins you have and purchase right away. Theres no excuse for there to be a afk system. if you're making an mmo great you need to prove playablility and stability. What do the games i listed have in common? I was around since beta. There were no que times like this UNless its like a server issue cuz there was a hacker or something else. There are server issues everyday with this game. I dont understand. Thor Posted March 27, 2016 Share Posted March 27, 2016 I would first start by looking at all other pokemon MMOs out there, then find out their server sizes, and how long they've been out. Some have less than 500 server capacity, and have been out for 6+ years. We have been out in beta for 7 months. 7 months and we have already upgraded our original server 3 times, bought a new webserver, bought a second server to deal with the influx. We have 3600 capacity across 2 servers. for a fan made MMO, that is a huge number. We aren't a specialised company, we are hobbyists doing this in our spare time. If you don't like it, find something else to play. Also the AFK timers are there so that server space hogging isn't a thing. The queues would be a lot worse if ther wasn't an AFK timer. Do not contact staff members for private support. Share the question on the forums due to being of use to others. Please use proper forum. Unsolicited messages will be trashed. Thanks.
