I have played the game for 80+ hours. I have played on the 0.94 version before and no issues. Usually it would say Connecting to server and then cannot connect. But after a couple minutes it will say logging in and fades away, couple of minutes later the queue box would appear and I will be in the queue and in the game. What have you already tried to solve the problem? I have deleted and reinstalled the latest version 0.94. I have constantly hit Login. I have tried to log into RED and BLUE server but same issue. When I hit log in, it will say "Connecting To Server..", then it freezes for a couple of seconds, then say " Can not connect to server..". fades away, and nothing happens. I have attempted this for a few days. Even when server was not full. I have restarted my computer and my internet connection. This issue started last week. I know about the bandwidth issues, but people still seem to be able to get into queue. My issue seem a little different and odd. May be an issue with my account? It will explain about why what is happening to you is happening. If the problem persists make a post that what was said in the post didn't work for you. I attempted to log into League of Legends and also had the same issue...so I realized it is either a port block or firewall issue...disabled my window firewall for a brief moment to try and log in but didn't work. I tried to go into my router but failed...(forgot password) but any who..I went into my ISP's settings and saw my firewall was on the highest and lowered it to normal and here I am playing. :D Hopefully this may help someone in the future?
