Hi everyone!

 

I looked in the FAQ but there isn't anything that can help me.

 

I've just created an account, and activated it with the mail. I tried to log in the game, but it doesn't work.

 

I enter account and password, a short message says "logging in...", then the message disappears, and I'm still in the starting screen. :(

 

I guess it can help if I say I have an iMac... :/

You're in the queue most likely. It doesn't show the queue pop-up all the time but due to the growing popularity of the game there tends to be a queue. Press log in and wait for 30 mins-1h that might actually log you in. Or switch to the blue server.

One last question and I stop bothering you : how can I switch from red to blue? I only have Pro, Staff and Test server on the bottom right of the screen?

There should be a tag 'server select' in the middle of your screen where you can switch. Though do realise that the character data from 1 server does not work on the other. So You'd have to create an account for the blue server aswell.

 

But If you lack this button you might have an old client. Could you perhaps post a screenshot?

It's much better now! I can see that I will be able to play in 30 minutes... :)
