If I understand what u wanna.. using false swipe for easy catching pokemon  Marowak in victory road, or scyther in safari have this move. You can teach by tm for parasect also

Parasect... 100%

Incredibly easy to find, compared to the other "Pokemon to catch other pokemon" that are out there. AND it doubles as an HM mule.

Nature: Adamant

EVs:

Atk: 252

Def: 0

Speed: 252

SpAtk: 0

SpDef: 0

HP: 6

Moveset:

Cut

Dig

Spore

False Swipe

you can buy TM false swipe from other players for around 6-10K

And I thought getting adamant farfetch is the best for false swipe. Thaat paras has even spore forgot about it.

Migrating to blue server ^^,

Parasect is good for catching because of Spore (sleep) 100% accuracy. but not always specially when you encountered high level flying type pokes. And don't use parasect with Effect Spore ability pokes you are catching might die if they got poisoned after you false swipe it.
