I was wondering since the chat tonight was about this, will PRO be caught with copyright claims since the game is making money off membership by allowing early access pokemon?

They're donations that happen to provide in-game perks.. The developers aren't technically selling anything to do with Pokemon or Nintendo...

 

 

Players do not have to worry about such aspects of the game, all you have to do is enjoy the game.
