To avoid long time queue and crash on Red, why not allow some server swap(save swap). If some red player swap to blue it could help red server stability .

You can fix a limit go the swap number to avoid blue surcharge.

In the future you can add swap server option to the shop vs $.

Thank you for your suggestion, but this has been suggested many times and will not happen. Over time, the number of players will begin to even out across the two servers.
