Requirements needed of these shiny

- 20+ IV stats,can be slightly rip stats(15+ stats)

-Good nature : nature can be their alternate nature like adamant to jolly,bold to modest/calm/sassy etc

-Good ability:  can be vary but for Bidoof I need SIMPLE ABI only
