My friend was having issues evolving his azurill so we traded to get its happiness down and then I maxed out the happiness and it still won’t evolve..

Can you try the following steps and let me know if your issues have been solved?

1. Kill your azurill in a wild pokemon fight

2. Close your game client completely

3. Re-start the game client and log into the game

4. Heal your azurill at the PC and fully train the happiness
