Have you tried others softwares on your computer? Is the problem still here? Have you tried to play PRO on other devices? Like another computer or phone? He might be a problem with your setting. You should try to compare your settings between Android and Windows. There is also another possibility : maybe something inside your computer is down and need to be repaired. You might want to ask a technician to look into your computer.
