I did a search on some sites about pokemon on the fact that the Synchronize ability to work or not if the pokemon be fainted , some say yes and some say no.

Synchonise is working however it only has 50% to get right nature :Grin: That's reason why someone said yes and others said no :Grin:

thats not what he wants to know, he is asking if abilities like sync or for example compound eyes work if the first pokemon in ur party who have them is dead.

Syns work, however compound eyes or other abi outside effect will never work! About died, it look like no working for me

This poor man lol... He's asking if the Pokemon with synco ability die, will the ability work or not if it's still in the lead.

It should still works if I remember correctly.

Yes! Synchronise works if the pokemon is both ALIVE and in POSITION 1 of your party. It has a 50% chance to get the wild pokemon to have the same nature!

it doesnt work if it fainted :p how ever if another pokemon is fainted while he is leading your party and second poke is sync it works.

In this game sync works only if the pokemon who has it is the first in the team and only of it is alive.

yes i confirmed what was said i try it with 20 pokemons while fainted my sync and 20 while alive it doesn't work if he's fainted
