If you want a game with almost no legendaries and there is only one then go play a different mmo and stop complaining about the legendaries on here i think its a great that there will be legendaries other then mew on here

We will not make all Legendaries accessible, only the ones with base stat of 600 or less will be available and that is with some time requirements and some quests.

 

So in short, it will not be easy to get a Legendary Pokemon.

 

Edit: Forgot to mention, Legendary Pokemon cannot be traded.
