I'm sorry for my mistake. I've reported myself because, i don't know what the exact rules are for this.

You can offer on this auction only if you transfer before it. If your account is on the right server, you can bid until the end.

BUT there is no guarantee you can won the auction. Then you can waiste your free transfer or a CC for nothing.
