What have you done before the problem was there?

I gave a friend my best pokemon that was really strong and he got banned for being toxic towards staff. I really want my pokemon back. He can even confirm it's mine and that he was borrowing it.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Ask a mod if they can resolve the problem and they said they can't.

As you was give him for borrow, you will have responsibility if he has something as banned. I don't think can do anything about your case :/ And like you said "Ask a mod if they can resolve the problem and they said they can't"

I didn't know he would get banned did I? It's not my fault if he gets banned. But it's his fault for being irresponsible. This can't be my problem and go unresolved as if I don't get any compensation for somebody elses mistake. Maybe they should have asked him before banning or something. Warn him that he's about to be banned and he has anything he needs to do on the account. This is pathetic and unfair.

Note, in the case of trades, transactions are final. If you give a user a Pokemon, if the user misbehaves and his accounts get banned it's IS your responsibility in the case if that happens regardless if you did gave it to him as just a loan. I do give my sincere apologizes, but that how it goes in the case of those situations

We are not responsibility on your transaction.

You gave/entrusted your pokemon on transaction which mean the pokemon already not on your control or your privilege the at moment you accept the trade.

Anything happen to the traded side should not be your concern or your right to retrieve them back.

Unless you got scammed, which is you can retrieve scammed trades back if you report with enough evidence.

Why didn't they ask him if there was anything he had on him before banning? It's my best pokemon and now I have to spend time out of my busy schedule to train another one, to play the game. This is going in my review and I feel like the way it's been handled by staff was quite sloppy. The grammatical errors in your response makes me feel like you didn't care about my problem and just rushed to this unfair conclusion. Thank you regardless.

Feel free to review the game however you wish, but in the case of trading, if your friend does something stupid, do not blame the staff, blame the friend you gave trust to handle your Pokemon with terrible care.
