I logged in one time but it took a long time to get in.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have run as Admin as well but it won't work either way. I haven't tried reinstalling it yet but was hoping it wouldn't have to come to that.

When i open the game and use my login information it says logging in but never launches. I can log into the website just fine but the game won't launch for me.

Does the "Logging In" Fades? If so, you're in the so called "Ghost Queue" you'll eventually get in, just be patient :Smile:

I got the same Problem. After "Logging In" fades out, i waited for about half an hour and nothing happened. Besides, i thought the server has to be full to get in the ghost queue?

The game has frozen 3 times during my gym battles :D:

The ghost queue issue has been there for a while now,

steever, most of the time the queues can take 1-2 hours.

 

The easiest way to fix the ghost queue is just by relaunching the game until you can see the queue.

Do you have windows 10? because this might a be a DirectX issue

When i started to play the game the relaunchetrick worked well, now it don't. I just let him work a few hours, if that won't work i try to reinstall it.
