I also recommend u using CClearner for clear your computer, so it can make your PC run faster too :Shy:

The server was really unstable (Lag and frame issues) this morning, around 9:00 (GMT) however most of the lag issues are fixed now.

Go into task manager and check for programs that are using a lot of resources. If anything looks abnormal close it. Also CCleaner, as suggested by MayElesa, is another way to go :) :Grin:
