I was queing on rand as a found a match with this guy, i finish 3 of his poke as show in pic , and after ddx2 with scraggy i knock and he cnt move, after waiting for 15mins he still cnt move ...i really think this is messed up someone just afk for long time while push ranked ratings, and my rts went down from like 171-143 , also this is not normal. This are some of my convos with the guy

Also i had to surrender to to end this glitch.

Please help i need some answers
