There rarely is a queue (at least on Blue) from around 3am GMT until 8 or 9am, I'd say

There's also no queue either right after a server reboot, until everyone connected before noticed that it's up again^^

 

Otherwise, yeah, pretty much always full. :)

If I had a penny for EVERY person that asked that same question or anything concerning the servers I would be rich. :p Yes, they're mostly always full between 7am - 9pm CST USA

The servers are always full on the weekends.

 

On weekends, you can log in within 20-45 minutes depending on the time of day.

 

Weekdays are understandably less busy, but you may find yourself waiting for 5-30 minutes from time to time.
