I inserted my username, password and clicked on login and 'logging in' disappears after a few seconds. Then nothing happens. What have you already tried to solve the problem? Closed the client, reopen it, put PRO in firewall exceptions, nothing worked. My recommend is keep trying close and open again cilent - wait 1 minutes until you get showing in queue.
