I'm stuck again for about the 8th time today, could you pls do something for the server. it's too much trouble to log out and wait for 30 min in queue and just after entering by 5-10 min I get stuck again and log out. my connection is working fine and I have no problems with it btw.

Well when you're stuck you should try typing /ref first and alt tabbing a few times, there is also a refresh button in the bottom left. Also trying to walk around with your mouse can help. Finally close the game is a final resort. I hope this helps but other than that there isn't much to do.
