Hi I signed up for a PRO account 1 hour ago and have not recieved the confirmation email yet and I'm wondering if it just hasn't sent yet or if there is another issue.

It's not in my Spam mail folder

This is a common problem i guess. 3 out of 5 (speaking about me and my friends) had this problem.

we tried on with several different browsers and pws and e-mail-addresses and of course names.

i was successfull with firefox and gmail. but nci not :/ so i am afraid i cant tell you what will work 100%

Check your spam folder. Most often, it will be there. It's recommended that you using known email services such as Gmail (Best Results), Hotmail, and Yahoo. If you still can’t verify your account due to it expiring, trying re-creating another one.

Hi I have also the problem that the confirmation email does not come with me to have everything according watched and also several accounts even created on gmail and nothing arrives

 

I ask for help ( perhaps in German? :Shy: )
