Which provider are you using? I advise to use a gmail or outlook account, because PRO is having issues with some providers.

Im using web.de but i can try a new account with gmail

I have a gmail email account and have looked through the FAQs. still no verification email (ive checked spam and deleted folders) can anyone help me?
