can happen due to lag i noticed, just leaving the area and returning to it should fix the issue

I did mine with yahoo which worked well (within 10 mins with the site lagged out with the amount of people making accounts) Try making an account on that otherwise it could of ended up in your spam folder.

I have times where it seems to be stuck on a number but that normally isn't the case and after maybe a further 5 - 15 mins and it will still move down more. sometimes nobody is leaving the sever so just gotta wait longer.

Is he trying to play on a vpn? if so maybe try without one to see if that makes a difference
