Short question: ingame no one couldnt really help me, Burmy cant evolve atm, right? Cuz i have a extremely good one and tried to level&evolve it, but it simply doesnt evolve at 20. its female btw.

Yes, Burmy cannot evolve yet in PRO, since the staffs haven't program its unique gender-based evolution method.

 

Combee, Woobat, and Sliggoo also cannot evolve yet, each of them also have unique evolution method.

 

Tyrogue can evolve, but iirc, only to Hitmontop, meaning its unique evolution method is also not fully implemented yet.
