My friend just downloaded the game after I talked him into it. He tried logging in, he sat through the 20 minute waiting line and when it should have put him into the game it put him right back to the login page and he had to wait again. This keeps happening to him and he is unable to get into the game. It isn't a ghost queue, it just keeps making him go back to the login page to wait through the queue over and over. Please help.

He is putting his username and password in correctly, it just goes through until the end of the queue and when It should put him into the server and let him play it instead makes him go and sit through queue again.

May I ask the account name or why they didn't make the post?

Is he trying to play on a vpn? if so maybe try without one to see if that makes a difference

I can't login in Version 0.94 live beta to Red and Blue server either.
