No puedo cambiar mi equipo pokemon

Tengo el problema de que mi equipo pokemon no lo puedo modificar cambie de region de kanto a jhotto y por mas que capture nuevos pokemon no puedo cambiarlos para ponerlos en mi team, al intentar quitar los pokemon de la región anterior me indica que nones posible mover pokemones de regiones diferentes imposibilitando asi modificar mi team pokemon.
