I tried to start the teleport quest talking with any guard and then going to Mauville following every step from guides but i don't find any team magma/aqua members in New Mauville. Do I have to do anything else or can any mod reset the quest for me? Thank you.

Hi, yes, i haven't log for a while and then after i came back i could not use the tps either in Hoenn or Sinnoh, so idk if there's a chance to reset it so i can redo it or something, thank you very much
