What have you done before the problem was there?

I was making my way through Mt. Moon and jesse and james were blocking the way and i have frozen about 10 times i think by trying to interact with them. I can battle wild pokemons but i can't move further without interacting and freezing.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Restarted and relogged about 10-15 times.

Ran the client as administrator.

All i wanna know is is this problem genuine ? will it take a good amount of time to cure or should i just wait and do something else since i am stuck in the middle of Mt. Moon with zubats ganging up on me.

Same thing happened for me! Can't do nothing to solve it. Í get stuck everytime i try to leave the cave before lavander town and the Hiker something just want to battle and... stuck! always!

The server needs to be rebooted, and only admins can do so. There are none on atm so you just need to keep calm and patient :Grin:

oh it is solved now, i am way past mount moon and defeated surge just now. Just got worried stuck in mount moon for a while.
