Cant find the small flower..need help

In the rocket grunt base a ttar is blocking my way...from the clues there my ttar needs a small flower. i have seen that it can be jagged rock and fruits also..random for everyone. as i have got flower i searched the whole vulcan's tree for the flower but couldnt find.. need help to find
