Hey @Bobby2 The level of the pokemon doesn't matter, the vitamins won't work if the pokemon EV is already 100 or higher!

Hey @Omorfeu Sorry to hear that you had an issue with your Jirachi. If you failed to catch your Jirachi during the quest the only way to catch it would be by fighting Nikola, please try fighting him again and you might want to try returning to the moon and interacting with the stone to see if Jirachi still appears ?
