Once you obtain the needed posts for an avatar you can use Gravatar which is a service that allows you to maintain the same avatar across multiple websites!

It often 2 or 5 post and you can adjust avatar. Did you can do it now?

The required post it's shown on the FAQ which is highlighted directly on top of the General Support Board. It's has been updated and should have high value now.
