if noone wants to bid so high when can i cancel auction mods?

you can cancel it anytime IF the auction didint start. 

ONCES THE AUCTION STARTS YOU CANT CANCLE ANYMORE nor change anythng. 

 

since you said 48hourrs auction since first bid. thus your auction didint start yet and u can cancel.
