I lost my jirachi due to a connection failure and even fighters who don't lose weight from boss nikola don't gain anything

Hello, I came to clarify my problem with something that I don't know if it's a bug or just a problem with my account, 24/08 exactly at night, I was completing my jirachi quest, when I went in to get it and played my masterball but for a problem in connection the game returned to the initial screen, after I went back I checked everything possible to see if I would have captured it but I didn't, when I went to fight boss nikolas, if I remember correctly I won him and he didn't start any dialog. I'm really sad about this, I lost many hours of my days that are already busy to get evolutions for this, I'm not trying to be dramatic, I'm saying my current situation and I hope that some mod or adm can really help me with this.

Sorry to hear that you had an issue with your Jirachi.

If you failed to catch your Jirachi during the quest the only way to catch it would be by fighting Nikola, please try fighting him again and you might want to try returning to the moon and interacting with the stone to see if Jirachi still appears ?

I was recommended the same, but I've been to the moon 2 times and the crystal that should take me to his capture place has disappeared and only has a glow in the place, I already fought nikolas and won, and he didn't give me anything, is this really the only way i can get my jirachi back? this seems unfair in my opinion, I didn't release it or anything on it just for a connection problem, and it's necessary for me to advance my story and get more requirements within the game, if the only way to get it back is this is really sad.
