We are sorry to inform you but there is no service available for changing the nature or IVs of a non-legendary Pokemon and it would be completely unfair for all other players who have sync fail if we just change it for you. 

 

The only way for changing a Pokemon's nature or ability is through Summer Tournament. Hope you will understand.
