Closing the client, opening it again and retry or just cancel and log in again .. and again ..

Hello,

 

I'm new in PRO, i've been playing for around a week now but I often happen to be stucked when trying to log in at hours when the queue is a bit long. Whenever my number is higher than 200 in a queue, ghost or not, i happen to be stuck at a time. For example, i can be number 696 , my number decreases not that slowly but only 2 or 3 minutes later, i get stuck on a number and it won't move at all anymore - even when i try to wait more than 15 mins - i'm forced to cancel, try to log in again and when i do so, i easily surpass the number on which i was first stuck but again i will be stuck few moments later. It's kind of frustrating because when i happen to go from number 694 to 165 for example, i'm almost at the end and then i get stucked on 163, i can wait all the time i want, it won't move and when i cancel and try again, i'm back to number 694 - or more -, whenever this happens, i don't even bother myself anymore and give up ^^' Which means that the only times when i get to play are just after a reboot or maintenance, kind of bothering .. Oh and when i'm on a ghost queue, it does the same quite often but because i can't see if i'm blocked or not, sometimes, i wait more than half an hour without being connected until i can try to log in again ^^'

 

Thus, i would really appreciate if anyone could explain what's happening to me and/or how i can manage to log in in less than 12 years without waiting the reboot periods ^^

Hi, I am very sorry to hear about your case. Your case is not the problem as the estimate time and number queue changing - belongs to the players in game. For example, when server got 1800 people and you in 696 queue, you will got 695 if have someone in game out/kicked/afk. As a result, the time is very unpredictable. I recommend you keep patient and waitting in queue, not quit. In fact, you can be waited more than 1 hour when you login in the rush hours. We keep going to expand it, so you will see the better in the future. Sorry again for your inconvenience :Shocked:
