A guy was selling a grimer-alolan. Its atk was 21 and speed was 08. Alolan grimers atk is primary stat and sped secondary stat. From forum I have learned that 25+ in primary stats and 20+ in secondary stats are considered as an epic poke. But what if he/he sells the grimer-alola which isn't epic saying epic though I let him/her know this but he/she still does the same? Is there any punishment?

"Epic" and "godly" are terms used by the community, theres no written rule or something. Therefore nothing will happen in your case..
