I am currently having a tough decision whether I should evolve my pikachu into a raichu.
My Pikachu is using a light ball which makes it's atk and sp atk stronger

I can evolve to Raichu and use a magnet to make electric type attacks stronger

But this begs the question, which one is better?

PIkachu with light ball or Raichu with magnet
